Lauren Stephenson truly embodies the “all-American” girl. She was one of the top-10 national recruits as she graduated high school in Lexington, SC, and earned the AJGA’s first-team Rolex All-American status. As a junior in high school, she won the AJGA Junior Girls Championship.
She began her collegiate career at Clemson University, where she became the first Clemson female golfer to play in the NCAA Tournament. She was then named to the All-Region team after finishing fifth during the Shoal Creek Regional.
After her freshman year at Clemson, she transferred to University of Alabama where she claimed her place as one of the top amateur golfers in the world before emerging onto the professional scene.
With a T8 finish in the 2018 LPGA Q-Series, Lauren secured her LPGA status for 2019 season and is ready to tee off on Tour.
