After a brilliant career at the University of Tulsa, Jeff signed with the Montreal Alouettes in April of 2007.  In his senior season in 2006, Jeff was named 1st-Team Conference USA and to the Outland Trophy Watch List.  In 2005, Jeff started all 13 games at right tackle and was named 3rd-Team Conference USA.  He recorded a season-best 12 knockdowns against E. Carolina.
 
In both 2003 and 2004 Jeff started all 12 games at right tackle.  As a junior, he graded out at 91% against SMU and recorded double-digit knockdowns twice.  In 2003, Jeff had a season-best 17 knockdowns versus Hawaii.  Jeff redshirted his first year at Tulsa in 2002.
